IT Business Analyst (Remote; Multiple locations)
Our clients are seeking IT Business Analysts to bridge business needs and technology solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend IT solutions for efficiency and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs.
Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize existing workflows.
Solution Design: Create functional specs and system designs.
Data Analysis: Extract insights from data to support decisions.
Testing: Define and conduct UAT to ensure quality.
Project Management: Manage and prioritize IT projects.
Communication: Effectively convey technical information to non-tech stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records.
Change Management: Facilitate transitions to new systems or processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred).

CBAP certification a plus.
